If every pair shares the same footbed and sole, does the shape even matter? It does — not for comfort, but for how you live in them. A slide, a flip-flop and a clog cover your foot differently, breathe differently and suit different days. This is a quick, honest guide to picking the shape that fits your routine. Whichever you choose from our range, you get the same ArcFit™ support and CloudFoam™ cushioning underneath.
Flip-flops: the everyday all-rounder
A flip-flop has a toe post and an open top, which makes it the airiest, most casual shape — the one most of India already lives in for a good part of the year. It's the easiest to kick off at the door, the coolest in heat, and the most natural choice for beaches, pools and general summer wear.
The trade-off is coverage: an open top means less protection and a toe post some people take a day or two to get used to. Our recovery flip-flops use an anatomically shaped toe bridge to cut the grip-fatigue that thin, hard flip-flops cause. If you want one pair for everyday errands and warm weather, this is the default.
Best for: everyday wear, hot days, quick errands, beach and pool. Try the Ultimate — our most popular all-rounder — or the sportier Ardour.
Slides: easy on, easy off
A slide swaps the toe post for a single wide band across the foot. You step straight in — nothing between the toes — which makes it the fastest to get on and off and a favourite for post-workout, locker rooms and evenings at home.
It gives a little more coverage across the foot than a flip-flop while staying open and breathable. For anyone who finds toe posts fiddly, the slide is the obvious pick.
Best for: the gym, post-workout, home and evening wear, quick trips out. Look at the Aroma Pro slide or the trail-ready Adventure.
Clogs: the most coverage and grip
A clog is closed over the toes and top of the foot, so it protects the most and stays on the most securely — while still slipping on without laces. That combination is why clogs are a favourite for long shifts on hard floors: kitchens, wards, shop floors and workshops.
It's the warmest of the three shapes and the most enclosed, which is exactly what you want when you need protection and a secure fit, and less ideal on the hottest, laziest days. Our Halo clog pairs that coverage with the same deep, cradling footbed as the rest of the range.
Best for: long shifts, hard floors, cooler weather, anywhere you want toe protection with slip-on ease.
Still deciding? A quick rule of thumb
Think about the day, not the shoe. Hot and casual, lots of errands? Flip-flop. In and out, gym and home? Slide. On your feet for hours on a hard floor, or want your toes covered? Clog. Many people end up with two shapes for two kinds of day — and since every style is ₹2,499, it's an easy call.
If you'd rather not decide alone, the fit quiz asks a few quick questions about how you'll use them and suggests a starting pair. And whichever shape you land on, the size guide will get you into the right fit first time.
CloudFoam™ is heat-sensitive — keep every pair out of direct sunlight and off hot surfaces, and store it in the shade. Sun or heat damage isn't covered by returns.
