The one rule that matters most: keep it out of direct sunlight and heat
This is the big one. CloudFoam™ — like most high-rebound recovery foam — is heat-sensitive. Direct sun, a hot car dashboard, a sunny windowsill, a balcony floor at midday, a radiator or any hot surface can cause the foam to shrink and deform. Once it warps, it doesn't come back.
So never dry your pair in direct sun, and never leave it baking in a parked car or on a hot surface. Dry and store it in the shade, indoors or in a ventilated spot out of the sun. In Indian summers this is easy to forget and easy to get wrong — treat it as the golden rule.

The 60-second clean
For everyday dust and dirt, rinse the pair under a cool or lukewarm tap. Because they're fully waterproof, water won't hurt them at all — that's the whole appeal.
For anything stubborn, use a soft brush or cloth with a little mild soap and cool water, give the footbed and tread a gentle scrub, then rinse. Skip harsh chemicals, bleach and solvents — they're unnecessary and can be hard on the foam. Cool water and mild soap handle almost everything.

Drying and storing
After washing, shake off the excess water and let the pair air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated spot. They dry fast on their own — you don't need heat, and you shouldn't use it. No hairdryers, no direct sun, no radiators.
Store them somewhere cool and out of direct light. A shoe rack indoors is perfect; a sunny balcony or the back shelf of a car is not. If you travel with them, keep them out of a hot boot or a bag left in the sun.
